This Regulation defines the necessary conditions and methods aimed to determine the ability of boats for sailing, the registration of boats and the identification of their designation and the name of the boat, the area of navigation, boat crew provisions, and many other technical rules (to be respected by all boats sailing in inland waterways and territorial sea, that entered in the domestic register of boats). The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
