These Measures, consisting of 16 Articles, are formulated in accordance with the Standardization Law and its Enforcement Rules, aiming to to strengthen the management of energy standardization. The funds required for energy standardization shall be included in the financial budgets of the State, local authorities. The main aspects of the development of energy standards include: (1) energy terms and graphical symbols; (2) energy monitoring, inspection and calculation methods; (3) quality and performance requirements of energy products and energy saving materials; (4) energy requirement of energy consuming products; (5) energy consumption quota; (6) economic operation of energy consuming equipment and its system; (7) requirements for quality certification of energy products and energy saving products; (8) other energy saving technical requirements for energy development, utilization and management.
