Regulation amending the Regulation on the certification and promotion of renewable energy sources.
This Regulation repeals Paragraph 3 of Article 6. Furthermore this Regulation adds Paragraph 3 to the Article 4 regarding privatization of the production facility and licensing of the new owner.
