These Regulations implement provisions of the Dangerous Substances Law, 2003 in respect to importation, handling etc. of dangerous substances. The form of application for an import permit for dangerous substances, for the renewal of an import permit and for an import permit shall be as provided by the Utility Regulation and Competition Office.
