These Implementation Regulations are enacted in accordance with the Commodity Inspection Law. Renewable Energy Certificate refers to a certificate issued by the National Renewable Energy Certification Center after inspecting a power facility and verifying its power generation. The Regulations provide for the requirements, procedures of the application, review and examination of renewable energy certificate.
