These Measures, consisting of 17 Articles, are enacted in accordance with the Special Statute for the Comprehensive Management of River Basins. The Ministry of Economic Affairs shall set up a comprehensive basin management planning promotion group. The group shall be in charge of review, supervision, evaluation, policy coordination, research and development and talent training of comprehensive basin management planning.
