This Presidential Decision, creates an Intersectoral Working Committee in charge of preparing the necessary conditions for the improvement of the urban waste management model of Luanda Province, coordinated by the Governor of the Province of Luanda, regulating the entities that comprise it and its objectives, among them, those of proposing procedures that promote projects for the construction of manufacturing plants for the treatment and reuse of waste.
