Decree 12 March 2018-Implementation of project proposals aimed at increasing the selectivity of screening equipment in relation to the National Management Plan for clam resource.

This Decree adopts a set of implementation issues and financial measures regarding the adoption of project proposals aimed at increasing the selectivity of the screening (minim size) equipment in relation to the National Management Plan for clam resource, part of the European fund for maritime affairs and fishing (priority 1: Promoting environmentally sustainable fisheries, efficient in terms of resources, innovative, competitive and based on knowledge; and issues covered by the Regulation (EU) No 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund, section covering the innovation connected to the conservation of marine biological resources).
