The purpose of these Measures is to standardize the administration of archives for returning farmland to forest projects. The Measures consist of 34 articles. The Measures shall govern the archive management of returning farmland to forests projects approved by the State Council. The State Forestry Administration supervised and inspected the national archive management of returning farmland to forests projects. The archive management should be included in the whole process of project management, and it should be carried out synchronously with the construction of the projects.
