These Interium Measures are formulated to regulate the grid access for newly built power supply and ensure the fair and non discriminatory grid access. The State Energy Administration and its agencies shall be in charge of supervision and administration on the the grid access for newly built power supply. The supervision and administration thereof should be carried out in accordance with the law and abide by the principles of openness, fairness and efficiency.
