Ministerial Decree No. 1307 validating Regulation on the state testing and approbation of phytosanitary means of soil improvement for agriculture and forestry shall be supplemented with item 74 (1) of the following wording: “Import and circulation on the market of products improving soil fertility labelled as "EU fertilizer" shall be authorized without state tests and registration in the State Register of Phytosanitary Products and Products Improving Soil Fertility. For the aforesaid products, which improve soil fertility, state tests and registration in the State Register are not mandatory for their import and circulation on the market, and are performed only at the request of the applicant”.
