Regulation on the implementation of emergency phytosanitary measures for the prevention of the introduction and spread of the red palm weevil Rhynchophorus ferrugineus.

This Regulation, in order to prevent the spread and to suppress the harmful plant organism called Red Palm weevil Rhynchophorus ferrugineus, sets the phytosanitary measures and rules to be implemented on the territory of Montenegro. This text provides for concrete rules aimed at selecting the plants suitable for these phytosanitary practices, sets the obligations of holders of such plants, and sets the ban as regards the trade with plant materials of susceptible varieties (varieties listed in the article 1).
