This Regulation determines the obligation aimed for all end users located in public facilities and spaces of the Sarajevo Canton (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina) as regards the effective consumption of energy and water. This data will be delivered to the Information energy management system, in order to: enabled the public process of management of energy, of costs and emissions related to the consumption of energy and water; and to regulate other issues of significance for the continuous monitoring of consumption and energy, also important in terms of energy and water saving and efficiency.
