The Governor decree that the scope of state nature monument of regional significance “Kurtyaevo” shall be conservation of natural and historical area. The following activities shall be prohibited: (a) privatization of land and allotment of land plots for suburban and individual housing construction; (b) main use felling; (c) application and storage of pesticides and mineral fertilizers; (d) disposal of domestic and non-domestic waste; (e) unordered grazing of cattle; (f) traffic of vehicles outside public roads; (g) passage of pedestrians outside specially equipped paths; (h) collection of mushrooms, berries, medicinal plants and fire making; and (i) other activities damaging conservation of natural complexes and historical monuments.
