Regulation No. 231 date 26.4.2018 amending Regulation 453 date 23.6.2005 of the Council of Ministers approving the list of equipment that use ozone-depleting substances that are prohibited to be used and imported, and the rules and procedures for substituting the ozone-depleting substances in the existing equipment, as amended.

Regulation 231 of 2018 amends Regulation 453 of 2005 by removing the requirement of submitting business registration documentation as part of the license application for the import of ozone-depleting substances.
