Contents of this text are divided into 12 Parts, as follows: Title and Commencement (1); Interpretation (2); Exemptions (3); Composition of mustard (4); Composition of curry powder (5); Composition of tomato ketchup (6); Composition of fish cakes (7); Composition of suet (8); Sale etc of specified food (9); General requirements as to composition and description (10); Penalties (11); and Application of various sections of the Act (12). Exemptions are related to the food sold for exportation to any place outside Gibraltar; sold to a manufacturer for the purposes of his manufacturing business.
