This Regulation sets the terms and conditions for the implementation of measures called “Restructuring and conversion of vineyards”, part of the already adopted Croatian National Wine Sector Aid Programme for the period from 2019 to 2023. The beneficiaries may be vineyards entered in the Vineyard Registry. Other users, such as natural persons, must be income tax/profit tax payers. This text further implements the provisions provided by the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1150 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the national support programmes in the wine sector. The Annex is also part of this publication (list of related activities subject to incentives or aid; certificates; list of related financial aid criteria; annual financial amount of loss per hectare).
