This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for manufacturing and trade of chemical and biological plant protection means subject to authorization by the competent body in the field of plant protection. Separate licenses shall be issued for the following activities: (a) manufacturing of chemical and biological plant protection means; and (b) trade of chemical and biological plant protection means. The applicants for licenses shall submit the following documentation: (a) application in accordance with the form contained in the Annex 1; (b) identification data (location of business activity, contact data and intended type of activity) for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs; (c) receipt of payment of licensing fees; (d) compliance certificate of machinery and equipment with intended business activities; and (e) registration data of vehicles (only for trade).
