This Law, consisting of 8 articles, creates the Development Programme for the Viticulture Sector within the State of Pernambuco. This Programme aims at attracting investments to the said sector and promoting its development, by granting fiscal incentives to the agricultural and industrial establishments located within the State. The abovem mentioned incentives can be enjoyed only under specific conditions, such as: accreditation of the taxpayer, in the terms established in the ordinance of the Secretary of Finance; not occurring in a cumulative way with the fruition of incentives issued by the State Development Programme of Pernambuco (PRODEPE).
