Law No. 4.474 creating functions within the commission related to the Water and Sewage Company of Rondônia (CAERD).

This Law, consisting of 9 articles and five Annexes, establishes the functions within the commission related to the Water and Sewage Company of Rondônia (CAERD) listed in Annex I. These functions will be provided by professionals who meet the conditions necessary for the investiture in the public service and qualification for the exercise required. The commission positions have monthly nominal values of maturities indicated by Acronyms "A", "B" and "C", listed in Annex II of this Law.
