This Chief Executive Decision establishes the amount of the annual fee due for licensed land occupation. By virtue of the authority conferred by Article 50 of the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region and pursuant to Article 78 (2) of Law 10/2013 (Land Law), the Chief of Executive establishes: the value of the annual fee due for licensed land occupation, calculated according to the purpose of use, by applying a unit value per square meter of land surface area. The unit value referred to is included in the table enclosed to this Decision, of which it forms an integral part. The rates set out in the table apply to all cases where they are settled and paid after its entry into force, in particular to applications for renewal of licenses, even if they are based on processes which at the moment are pending.
