These Specifications, consisting of 17 Sections, are formulated in accordance with the Provisions on the Administration of Hygienic Registration of Enterprises Producing Food for Export, with reference to food hygiene regulations and standards of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) and the relevant importing countries. Quick-frozen convenience food manufacturers for export listed in the Catalogue of Products Whose Hygienic Registration Needs Assessment of HACCP System should establish and implement HACCP systems according to the requirements of Codex Alimentarius Commission's HACCP System and its Application Guidelines. The Specifications further make provisions, for: factory environment; raw materials, auxiliary materials and processing water; sanitary control of production processes; packaging, transportation and storage; inspection requirements; establishment of product recall system; etc.
