The National Youth Policy is a national policy with a cross-sectoral approach. The overall purpose of this Policy is to secure a bright future for young men and women. The strategic goals of this Policy are: (I) expanded educational opportunities for young men and women, (II) employment generation at all levels, (III) environmental protection through sustainable social, economic and physical development, (IV) institutional capacity building, (V) participation of young people in decision-making processes, (VI) healthy lifestyles for young people, and (VII) equality between young men and women.
