Administrative Regulation No. 12/2014-Air Pollutant Emission Standards and Facilities Management Provisions for Cement Manufacturing Industrial Sites.

This Administrative Regulation is enacted in accordance with the Article 50(5) of the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region. The Administrative Regulation stipulates the systems that cement manufacturing industrial sites should comply with, especially the provisions for air pollutant emission standards and facility management, in order to reduce environmental pollution by these sites and protect the health of residents. The Administrative Regulation further provides for the measures for monitoring, inspection, offences and penalties, etc.
