This Regulation amends some provisions part of the Regulation on declaration, marking and advertising of food (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 19/2017, and already amended in Gazettes 16/2018 and 17/2020). Changes are as follows: in article 2 new definitions are added; in article 26 (setting rules on necessary indications of the country of origin or country and place of origin) a new paragraph (numbered as paragraph 3) is now added; in article 37 (that regulates certain issues related to voluntary or additional food information) new text columns are added (paragraphs 3 and 4); and a new Annex (10a) is also here added (containing indications on the manner of indication of country of origin or countries and places of origin of the main food ingredient).
