These Provisions are enacted in accordance with the Nuclear Safety Law and the Regulations on the Safety Supervision and Administration of Civil Nuclear Facilities, aiming to standardize the nuclear safety reporting system of nuclear power plant operating units. The Provisions consist of 5 Chapters: General provisions; Periodic report; Important activity report; Construction phase event report; Operation phase event report; Nuclear accident emergency report; Supplementary provisions. The operating unit of a nuclear power plant shall be fully responsible for nuclear safety, implement a nuclear safety reporting system, and submit reports to the National Nuclear Safety Administration or the nuclear and radiation safety supervision station in the region where the nuclear power plant is located in accordance with the requirements of these Provisions.
