This Regional Decree establishes the procedure for organization and performance of regional state supervision in the field of protection and use of protected natural areas of regional significance through inspections of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, natural persons, organizing and conducting prevention activities related to violations of mandatory requirements, control measures, carried out without interaction with controlled entities, taking measures provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation to suppression and (or) elimination of the consequences of the revealed violations.
