These Measures are enacted in accordance with the Measures for the Management of Carrying the Farmed Live Fishes in Fishing Vessels. The Measures make provision for: the operation flow, quarantine procedures, and supply process of the live fish carriers returning to Taiwan from mainland China and Hong Kong. During the typhoon, the procedures for quarantine and shelter of live fish carriers are shown in Annex v.
