COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2019.

This Act amends the Sindh Coastal Development Authority Act, 1994. In the Sindh Coastal Development Authority Act, 1994, in section 2, for clause (c), the following shall be substituted:- “(c) “coastal areas” means the coastal areas of the Districts Thatta, Sujawal and Badin as may be notified by Government;”. In addition, the amendments are made in Section 2 and Section 5.
