These Measures, consisting of 10 Articles, are enacted in accordance with the Environmental Education Act. According the Act, institutions, state-run business institutions, high schools and secondary schools, and statutory bodies with over 50% of the funds sponsored by the government shall formulate environmental education plan every year to promote environmental education. The environmental education plan shall be reported to the competent authorities prior to its implementation and shall be reported to the central competent authorities within one month after the completion of the project. These Measures provide for the requirements, procedures to be satisfied for the environmental education planning and reporting.
