This Resolution, consisting of 7 articles, creates the National Action Plan Team, referred to as ENPA, in charge of developing and implementing the action plan to reduce CO2 emissions in the civil aviation sector in Cape Verde. ENPA is responsible for carrying out the following activities: a) Develop the CO2 reduction action plan for the 2021-2023 triennium in accordance with the ICAO guidelines established in Document No. 9988; b) Coordinate the definition of policies and activities related to the CO2 emission reduction action plan; c) Submit the action plan to the OACI by June 30, 2022; d) Assess the effective implementation of the defined policies, guidelines and recommendations, within the scope of the action plan to reduce CO2 emissions.
