State natural biological reserve “Dobrovsky” was formed without expropriation of land from owners and tenants. The main task of the Reserve is to protect the integrity of landscapes, natural complexes, preservation of the natural biological diversity of flora and fauna. Regime of special protection of the Reserve: (a) on the territory and water areas of the Reserve it is allowed: measures for the conservation and restoration of populations of rare and endangered species of plants and animals; scientific research; sanitary cuttings; recreational and sport fishing in accordance with the current legislation; ecological tourism; (b) it is completely prohibited: the provision of land plots for development, including collective gardens, summer cottages, housing and utility buildings not related to the organization of the functioning of the reserve; activities entailing disturbance of the soil cover and geological outcrops; reforestation by creating crops of tree and shrub species that are not typical natural complexes; mowing wetland and grassy vegetation, plowing land, using pesticides, mineral fertilizers, plant protection chemicals in the water protection zone of water bodies; movement of motor boats, hunting and hunting activities, holding events that create increased disturbance factor for wild animals; animal grazing and arrangement of summer camps for animals in the water protection zone of waterbodies; travel and parking of vehicles outside the places designated for this purpose; vehicle washing; organization of mass sports and entertainment events, tourist camps, bivouacs, making fires; littering the territory with industrial waste, garbage and burial industrial and household waste, including manure, their discharge into rivers, lakes and swamps; placement and construction of stationary recreation centers, other types of economic activity, recreational and other nature management, entailing a violation of the habitat of objects of flora and fauna, as well as preventing the conservation of natural complexes and their components.
