Governmental decree No. 548 “On measures to regulate the export of sunflower oil, cake and other solid residues from sunflower seeds outside the territory of the Russian Federation to states that are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and amending certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.”

The Government establishes that from April 15 to August 31, 2022, inclusive, a quantitative restriction on the export of sunflower oil outside the territory of the Russian Federation to states that are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union in the amount of 1500000 tons, as well as cake and other solid residues from sunflower seeds in the amount of 700000 tons.
