This Law regulates: a) performance of primary education activities in the area of Sarajevo Canton; b) general issues related to the establishment of legal entities for basic education; c) organization, financing, management and leadership of the primary education process; d) activities and conditions for basic education, training and training of students and workers; e) rights and obligations of competent authorities in the field of basic education; f) conditions for acquiring public documents; g) other matters of importance for the performance of primary education activities in the Canton area. Article 62 ((Student safety and social protection) in paragraph 3 declares that: During the student's stay at school, schools can organize the nutrition of students in accordance with the Regulation on nutrition in schools, which, in consultation with the Ministry of Health of the Canton of Sarajevo, is adopted by the Minister.
