The text add one paragraph as amendment to Recommendation 01:2022 stipulating that the Contracting Parties shall adopt measures to ensure that: (a) no landing, transhipment and other port services are provided to vessels with catches on board of shallow and deep pelagic beaked redfish (Sebastes mentella) from the Irminger Sea and adjacent waters; and (b) that no transhipments involving catches of these stocks are permitted in their waters or by vessels flying their flag.
