Order No. 54-J/2023 establishing the complementary national rules, for the mainland, on the interventions «Restructuring and conversion of vineyards (organic)» and «Restructuring and conversion of vineyards», of the domain «B.3 — National Programme to support the viticulture sector» of the axis « B — Integrated sectoral approach» of the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy for Portugal (PEPAC Portugal).

This Order establishes the complementary national rules, for the mainland, on the interventions «Restructuring and conversion of vineyards (organic)» and «Restructuring and conversion of vineyards», of the domain «B.3 — National Programme to support the viticulture sector» of the axis « B — Integrated sectoral approach» of the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy for Portugal (PEPAC Portugal). It applies pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and the Council and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/126 of the Commission and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1475 of the Commission. Natural or legal persons, whether public or private, who exercise or will exercise the viticultural activity, can benefit from the support provided for in this Order. Beneficiaries of support may apply through an individual or joint application, according to the terms defined in article 13.
