This Act comprises amendments concerning two Acts (1) the Criminal Procedure Act, No.7 of 2018, and (2) the Public Private Partnership Act, No.8 of 2015. The amendments to the Public Private Partnership Act include the redefinition of the term "Minister" throughout the various Articles, replacing "Minister of Finance" with "Minister responsible for Public Private Partnership" whenever mentioned, and the modification of procedures for handling unsolicited proposals.
