The purpose of this Act is to expedite permit procedures and certain other administrative procedures related to production facilities for renewable energy, as well as to improve access to advice in connection with these procedures. The Act provides for electronic communication in connection with permit procedures and certain other administrative procedures concerning production facilities for renewable energy, as well as the time limits to be applied in connection with these procedures. The Act contains 20 Articles organized in the following chapters: 1. General provisions; 2. Electronic communication and advisory services; 3. Time limits; 4. Manual; 5. Special provisions.
