The present Regulations provide the discipline for licencing; in particular they discipline the harvesting licence, live possession licence, export permit, dealer licence, Animal Husbandry Licences, Big game outfitting licence, big game guide licence, research permit, Wildlife Observation Licence, species at risk licence, etc. Moreover the Regulations provide for tagging discipline, requirement and issuance.
