This Law sets out guidelines for the viability and implementation of Sustainable, Circular and Creative Economy Centres in the State of Amazonas. Sustainable, Circular and Creative Economy are defined as: the cycles of creation, production, distribution or circulation, consumption and enjoyment of goods and services arising from productive activities, whose main process is a creative act that generates a product, good or service (whose symbolic dimension determines its value, resulting in the production of cultural, economic, environmental and social wealth). The general objectives of this Law are: I - to encourage sustainable development and promote integration between new technologies and regional cultural content; II - to encourage an increase in the supply of investment capital and improve the business environment for Innovative Entrepreneurship in the Sustainable, Circular and Creative Economy of Amazonas; III - to identify and encourage the formation and development of Sustainable, Circular and Creative Districts and local productive arrangements, articulated physically or virtually; IV - to promote the integral social inclusion of socially vulnerable segments of the population.
