This Resolution establishes the terms for drawing up the Special Territorial Plan and Strategic Environmental Assessment for the Primeiras and Segundas Islands Environmental Protection Areas (APAIPS), located in the Districts of Moma, Larde and Angoche and Angoche Municipality, in Nampula Province, and in the Districts of Pebane and Mocubela, in Zambézia Province (a map is attached). The objectives of the Special Management Plan are: a) establish the parameters and conditions for utilizing natural systems and areas with specific and differentiated characteristics, or with supra-provincial spatial continuities, defined by their ecological characteristics or by parameters of an economic nature, social development or even as a result of natural disasters that require and justify planning interventions at national level; b) define the nature and limits of interventions by local authorities in areas and geographical or economic situations where there are, or may be, mutual, temporary or permanent influences.
