This Regulation specifies the form in which the notice to owner or occupier of private property shall be done and circumstances when notice not required; in particular the Minister is not required to provide notice to the owner or occupier of private property when he or she enters on or passes through private property for the purpose of maintenance work or an inspection or in an emergency.
