The present Government Decree contains provisions on the information to be provided to the Water Services Information System referred to in Section 20 d of the Water Services Act (119/2001) and provisions on the duty to provide information according to Section 16, Subsection 3 of that Act. It requires that the water service utility institution ensures that the basic information referred to in Appendix 1 to this Decree is updated in the Water Services Information System. It shall also annually provide the Water Services Information System with the information referred to in Appendix 2 and Appendix 3. The Decree further contains rules on the information that shall be provided to costumers by institutions that supply household water, including a summary of how the quality requirements and quality goals for household water are met.
