This Montenegro National flood protection and rescue plan covers different topics and issues all regarding the necessary territorial flood control, protection and risk assessment among flood preventive measures. This text contains chapters on flood risk mapping, provisions and considerations regarding specific known flood risk areas, flood infrastructure and related facilities, issues regarding financial resources for the implementation of plans; also chapters and sections regarding the mobilization, management and coordination of protection actions and rescues from floods; influence of climate changes on the occurrence of flooding.
