Miscellaneous Amendments (Powers of Statutory Authorities and Matters related to certain Boards) Act (No. 28 of 2020).

This Act makes amendments in the Water and Sewerage Act regarding financial provisions relating to the Water and Sewerage Authority for meeting any of its obligations and discharging of any of its functions. It also amends Section 21 of the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission Act regarding financial provisions relating to the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission.
