This Decree creates the State Committee for Promoting Investments and Businesses with a Socio-Environmental Impact (CENISA). CENISA is an advisory and normative body responsible for formulating guidelines, programmes and projects and monitoring investments and businesses with an impact. The State Committee has the following duties: follow up and monitor the implementation of the State Policy for promoting Socio-Environmental Impact Investments and Businesses; define criteria for classifying socio-environmental impact business ventures (NISA); identify and select priority areas for socio-environmental impact investments; propose, monitor and support programmes or projects of interest for the generation of products, processes and services that bring positive socio-environmental impacts to the territory of Espírito Santo; propose draft tax that minimize the impact of investment on companies' budgets; draw up procedures necessary to implement the State Policy for Promoting Socio-Environmental Impact Investments and Businesses; support national and international entrepreneurship networks focused on socio-environmental well-being, etc.
