Defining the subcategorization and enumeration of the dangerous substances - Chief Executive’s Decision No. 107/2023.

The Chief Executive exercises the powers conferred by Article 50 of the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region and issues this Decision in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, paragraph 2 and Article 60 of Law No. 12/2022 on the Legal Regime for the Control of Dangerous Substances. The Decision establishes sub-categories and codes for dangerous goods. The sub-categories and codes are set out in the attachment that is an integral part of this Decision.
