Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/2767 determining, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/573, reference values for the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026 for each producer or importer which has lawfully placed hydrofluorocarbons on the Union market from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2023.

This Decision establishes reference values for the maximum quantities of hydrofluorocarbons allowed to be placed on the Union market by producers and importers in 2025 and 2026. For the purpose of the quota allocation for the placing on the Union market of HFCs, Annex I to this Decision sets out the reference values for each importer and producer referred to in point 4(a) of Annex VII to Regulation (EU) 2024/573, and Annex II sets out the reference values for each importer and producer referred to in point 4(b) of Annex VII to Regulation (EU) 2024/573.
