Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 25 of 2016).

This Act amends the Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 (principal Act). In the principal Act, section 16 is amended to add a new proviso, after the second proviso in sub-section (2). Section 69-A of the principal Act relating to winding up of cooperative banks is substituted. Section 69-B of the principal Act is amended.
