This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the Support Programme for the restoration of impaired production potential in the dairy cattle, sheep and goat farming sector for the period from the year 2025 until the year 2027. Eligible users are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that submit data on milk production. Support to milk producers is granted to cover 75% of the costs incurred in increasing the standard yield of the milk production potential on the farm. The Annex contains a designated form to be used as request (in case of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances). Support from the Programme is granted in accordance with points 3(d) and 6(h) of Article 14 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/2472 declaring certain categories of aid in the agricultural and forestry sectors and in rural areas compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union
